After the initial assessment of your needs and strengths, we start with individualized therapy sessions which are deigned to work by promoting a balanced healthy life style using therapeutic techniques designed to help you move forward.

Our work is centralized on Evidence-Based Therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), by focusing on thoughts, feelings and behaviors we can develop coping strategies to turn negative outcomes into positive.

We are also in process of obtaining certification for Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), specific step-by-step process which works to address the underline trauma, contributing to dysfunctional thought patterns.

Motivational interviewing, is another method in use by Forward. It works by facilitating and engaging intrinsic motivation within our clients with the goal of changing behavior to improve life style.
